FUNCTIONS

091 Y Series Heavy-duty Scrap Shears are suitable for cutting light scrap materials, waste car shell, light structural parts, etc. to qualified charge to meet steel smelting requirements.
Suitable for National Circular Economy Park, National Urban Mineral Demonstration Base, scrap processing and distribution center (base), steel and nonferrous metals industry, scrap car dismantling and remanufacturing enterprises, etc.

FEATURES:

1, The upper compression and segmented feeding mode are adopted, in addition to the design of wide press box, so it has good adaptability to scrap raw materials and high compactness after shearing. Optional scrap shaping mechanism with compression on both sides.
2, The opening area of the press box is large, which is suitable for mechanical feeding, suitable for loose light and thin scrap steel and steel structural parts, especially suitable for cutting steel pipes, steel plates, channel steel and other profiles.
3, Adopt screen display control panel, automatic integrated control, stable and reliable operation. Optional wireless remote control device, a single person to control the production line supporting equipment.
4, Reliable large flow logic valve control and independent filtering and cooling system can ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the system. The comprehensive application of constant power variable and differential fast technology can save about 25% energy while ensuring the output, and the energy consumption per ton of steel processing is lower than the industrial standard requirements.
